Hyatt Regency Washington On Capitol Hill Hotel

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. the room was spacious and offered a lovely view of the nearby attractions. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even better. the hotel's location was extremely convenient, allowing me to easily explore the city's famous landmarks and attractions on foot. the variety and quality of food available, along with the excellent service from the dining staff, added to my positive experience.

One aspect that could be improved is the wait time for the elevators, especially during peak hours. the quality of the buffet food could also be better, as it fell slightly below the standards I expected from a hotel of this class.

Rooms were tidy but lacked character. Staff helpful but disorganized at times. Great location near attractions. Shop in lobby convenient. Cleaning and service issues noticed by some, but location and overall experience made up for it.

Our stay here was excellent, decent place for exploring Washington. We got a reasonably spacious room with a large bathroom. Early check-in was a bonus.

A recent stay was a pleasant surprise, offering delicious dining options like the grilled pork chops and salt-crusted prime rib. The fitness center had all I needed for a challenging workout, while the immense ballroom was perfect for grand events. The lobby's design was striking, and the indoor pool was a refreshing retreat. It felt like I had everything at my fingertips, including convenient access to attractions. a great experience with plenty of options to keep busy. And yes, I did try to share that prime rib, but it was just too good to part with!

Overall it was a very nice stay for a short business trip. We ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast.

The location of the hotel was spot on - you can just walk to Union Station in a few minutes and catch your train or Megabus. Plus, being close to Capitol Hill and the parks makes it feel safer and more chill around here. Rooms were really spacious and nice, especially the big bathrooms. The indoor pool and cozy king size bed were perfect for my kid, she loved it all. 👍

The breakfast itself was a little pricey, can be much better, and the bathroom was a little small.

The location of the hotel is superb, with many main attractions within walking distance. the on-site restaurant offers delicious food, with generous portions and attentive service. However, improvements could be made in terms of room cleanliness and organization of the staff to enhance the overall guest experience.

Everything was perfect and clean, I loved location and rooms. I had reasonably priced room on the ac unit. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

The sound insulation could be better, the air conditioning is noisy (to our taste), no brush to clean the toilets.

The swimming pool added extra value to our stay, though I recommend adjusting the AC in that area. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would consider returning in the future.

While the elevator wait can test your patience, the hotel's prime location near the Capitol makes up for it. Some rooms have pressure issues with the showers, but they get the job done. Oh, and watch out for roughhousing at the pool. Despite some hiccups, it's close to museums and monuments, which is a win in my book.

Ideal location, 15 minutes' walk to National Mall.

the breakfast could be improved: add quality pastries, quality bread (they serve excellent bread in the restaurant in the evening, and you don't find it at breakfast, there are only the usual tasteless breads) and vegetables. the shower! in a 4*, there should be an adjustable shower head, not a simple ceiling shower.

Despite some cleanliness and service issues, the Hyatt Regency Washington On Capitol Hill's prime location near attractions and Starbucks store impressed me. Showers had high pressure but coffee makers had specific capsules. However, the restaurant food was exceptional, gym top-notch, and the pool clean.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The spacious room with a fridge was perfect. The breakfast was delightful, served with silverware and a sustainable approach. The proximity to Union Station and attractions was excellent. The staff was friendly. Despite some minor issues with rough housing at the pool and occasional service delays in the restaurant, my overall experience was great.

The bed and pillows were top-notch, and the air conditioning kept the room just right. The location was prime, and the interior design was on point, making it a hotspot for the conferences. 🏊‍♂️ The indoor pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. Our room faced another wall, but since we barely spent time there, it didn't bother us, though the room temp was a bit too warm.

The staff was the highlight of the visit. The location was ideal for exploring nearby landmarks like the Supreme Court and National Gallery of Art. The indoor pool and sun terrace provided relaxation, adding to the overall enjoyment. Despite minor inconveniences like noise in the lobby, the clean room and tasty breakfast made for a pleasant stay with my 11-month-old baby.

Omg the location of the hotel is amazing! just a few blocks from the capital and walking distance to the town center - so convenient! the only downside was the pricey breakfast. But overall, a wonderful stay! 😉

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel near the US Capitol building. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the Hyatt Regency went above and beyond to ensure my stay was delightful. They were extremely helpful with parking and check-in, and the concierge provided excellent dining recommendations and reservations. the location of the hotel is fantastic, with the Capitol building just a short walk away.

Location was excellent, very close to popular attractions and public transportation options. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast and snack deal, it saved me a lot of money.

The roll away bed provided was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the prices for food and drinks at the bar were quite high, especially for a late night sandwich.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the Capitol and other major sightseeing areas. It was so close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. The room had a nice view, and the staff was able to accommodate a request for a quiet room on a higher level. The free WiFi was a bonus.

we enjoyed the general location of hyatt regency, really close to the train station and the capitol. staff were responsive and helpful during check in and check out. rooms were adequate for a one night stay. the shop in the hotel lobby was amazing, perfect for quick grabs. cleaning staff were very good and responsive to issues, and the water pressure in the shower was great.

The separate bedroom felt like a dream with the king-sized Hyatt Grand Bed. The ultra-plush pillows and soft sheets made for the best sleep ever. The living area was super cozy, and the work desk was just what I needed as a business guest.

The fold-out sleeper sofa in the living area was a bit uncomfortable for my liking.

I selected this hotel for a team retreat and found the facilities to be convenient and accommodating. The 24-hour reception, restaurant, lounge bar, indoor pool, and meeting room were especially useful for our group. The business center and ample meeting space were a great fit for our work needs.

We verbleven in een hotel in een klein rustig stadje, op slechts 30 minuten afstand van Amsterdam Centraal. De locatie was ideaal omdat we overdag konden genieten van het Zandvoort Circuit en 's avonds konden ontspannen op het prachtige strand met uitzicht op de tropisch blauwe zee.

Helaas waren de kamers erg gehorig en had het hotel geen dubbelglasramen. Dit zorgde voor veel lawaaioverlast van het verkeer en schreeuwende jeugd buiten, waardoor we slechte nachten hadden.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the National Gallery of Art, which I wanted to visit. The contemporary decor and bright atrium-style lobby with a lounge bar and restaurant were impressive features that added to the pleasant stay.

Located in the heart of Capitol Hill, this hotel is close to most attractions. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice fitness center, great conference food, and wonderful staff in the restaurant. On top are high-end products in the gift shop, and a delicious breakfast. the pool is pretty nice with a Regency Club during the week.

The complimentary wireless internet is unreliable which forced many guests to receive a bad internet signal.

Great location, convenient for sightseeing in the area. Delicious late night dinner option. Kid-friendly with half price and half portion options. Rooms were nice, despite slight wear and tear. Fridge in the room was a plus for storing drinks and snacks.

Room size was snug, and my room only had a shower. A fridge would've been cool for a cold one after a day of exploring.

As a family traveling with a baby, our stay at Hyatt Regency was made so much easier with the convenient marketplace, fantastic meals, and friendly staff. The spacious room and bigger bathroom were a welcome relief after our previous cramped accommodations. The hotel's great location, within walking distance of the National Mall, made exploring the city a breeze. We also appreciated the cozy room, comfortable beds, and the free and fast WiFi.

The expert planning team helped us organize an epic party in the largest ballroom on Capitol Hill, and the catering team made sure we had the most delicious snacks and drinks. It was the perfect spot for our young, party-loving group!

The only thing we'd ask for is a better selection of late-night activities for young people.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is in a great area, close to all the major tourist attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities you need. We had a room with a nice view, and the breakfast options were included in our rate. The omelet station at breakfast was a highlight, serving up delicious made-to-order omelets.

The only minor issue we had was with the parking situation. It would have been helpful to know in advance that there is a fee for parking, so we could have planned for it better.

I recently had a fantastic business trip to a hotel near the National Mall with great facilities. the hotel had a pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra towels for our children. the location was also a major advantage, as it was within walking distance of popular attractions such as Starbucks, restaurants, and even a Walmart!

the rooms were so clean and the hotel is super close to the conference tomorrow. there's a handy convenience store and a Starbucks in the hotel. the restaurant staff - especially Ferdinard and Phu - were friendly and helpful. mama omelette's omelette is top-notch.
